Since it was founded in 1989 by Jane Reisman, Ph.D., Organizational Research Services (ORS) has become a national leader in Outcome-based evaluation and Outcome-based planning, serving nonprofit, philanthropic and public organizations. We work with our clients to create Outcome-based evaluations and plans as well as contracting, grantmaking and performance measurement systems.
