Since it was founded in 1989
by Jane Reisman, Ph.D., Organizational Research Services
(ORS) has become a national leader in Outcome-based evaluation
and Outcome-based planning, serving nonprofit, philanthropic
and public organizations.
We work with our clients to
create Outcome-based evaluations and plans as well
as contracting, grantmaking and performance measurement
systems. As part of these efforts, ORS has been building
capacity, providing training and technical assistance,
and carrying out Outcome-based evaluations. We provide
consulting to organizations throughout Washington state
as well as nationally and internationally.
